I used to someone who is really petite-sized since I was a kid. Weighing only 52kg with 167cm height, I was feeling insecure and not confident. Hence, I embarked my weight lifting journey. Over 2 years, gained 14kgs and was in 68kg. However, without proper guidance from coach, what I gained was fats and not muscle. Before Herbalife Nutrition, my body fat was 21% and visceral fat was 7 layers at the age of 23. And this hits me hard. I start doubting if what am I doing is correct. How lucky am I that when this happens, I met the angel of my life, my coach. He educate me on the right way to eat and train. Thanks to him, I’m now having six packs, 14% of body fat and 3 layers of visceral fat!

I was a secondary school teacher and has problem in doing even light exercises. I was quite plump since a kid. Added with the fact that I’m short, I look even fatter. People used to call me to fat pig yin, fatty or fatty girl. When I grew up, I struggle so much to lose weight, to slim down. I have tried all sorts of methods to lose weight such as taking weight-losing pill, applying lose weight cream, skipping meal and the worst, starving myself. But no doubt, there are down sides of these quick and easy methods. I bounce back harder.
But after I change my lifestyle. I'm more concern on what I am eating, staying active on my daily basis, exercise regulary. The fact that I slimmed down is just a bonus after. But what I’ve gained is adapting a better habit and lifestyle.
I did lose some pounds off and I’m beyond happy for that. However, this is not the end. I’ll be better and be stronger. This journey is definitely not easy but it is going to be worth it.

Even though I look like a petite sized girl but this bloated big tummy has been sticking to me for nearly a decade.
Everyone used to tell me that I’m so skinny and they envy me a lot cause I get to eat anything and everything I want. However, they fail to understand what happens beyond what their naked eyes can see. 21 years of eating ‘rubbish food’ cause my body fat to spike like there is no tomorrow. At some point of time, I think that my body fat is even higher than my height 😰
I’m a typical girl who loves to eat a lot. After stepping into this healthy lifestyle, there are some food that I have to give up. It wasn’t easy for me at first. Added by getting those discouraging words from my surrounding from time to time, there is a point that I doubt my journey. To balance it out, I do have some cheat meals here and there. And guess what? These simple cheat meals taste so much tastier because I really appreciate every single cheat meal that I have. They are the reward for myself and keeps me going.
I will never regret having this 90 days challenge. This challenge unconsciously change my eating habit and also my lifestyle! There goes a saying “money can’t buy health” and after this challenge, I totally agree with this.

hi everyone. I am Sin Fei. I was never too fat or chubby. In fact, I was quite skinny. But i can feel that my body is not in the greatest state. I was having serious constipation problem, sleeping late, feeling lethargic, eating fast food or maggie mee at least 3 times per week, and could even feel acute heart pain out of sudden. I know something is wrong but I was reluctant to face it.
